Where is the Venue?

Is there parking available at Kicks N Coffee's venue?

Unfortunately no parking is available at the venue so we suggest getting another mode of transport.

Alternatively, we recommend the train as the best form of travel. Regular trains runs from Kings Cross Central Underground Station into Blackhorse Road Tube Station which is 5 stops on the Victoria Line. The venue is within a short 5 minute walking distance.

When should we arrive?

Espresso Ticket Holders are advised to arrive 30 minutes before the selected time slot shown on your ticket.

Is the there an age requirement to attend?

No! We welcome everyone of all ages. Attendees aged 12 and over will require a ticket to enter the event.

Anyone aged 18 and under will need to be accompanied by a guardian or an adult.

What rules do I need to follow as a vendor?

What rules do i need to follow as a vendor?

Vendor Table Ticket - Gives you Exclusive access set up from 7am.

1. Anyone selling fakes will be removed from the event without a refund.

2. Please keep in mind that KicksnCoffee holds the rights and usage to all images taken by our photographers within the event.

3. Tables are non refundable and can only be transferred to another vendor with approval of KicksnCoffee.

What's included in my ticket?

Espresso Ticket Holders can gain access to the event from 11am and last entry which is 4pm.

Along with your ticket entitles you to a free coffee upon entry supplied by Fireheart Coffee!

Do I need to print my ticket?

You may print your ticket but all we ask is that you have your email confirmation with your tickets ready for scanning.

If you are yet to receive your tickets 48 hours before the event, please get in contact with us.

Will there be disabled and carer access?

Yes, Carers get free access to the event upon showing the correct documentation proof before entry to the event.

Will there be toilets on site?

Yes, there will be male, female, non binary and disabled toilet access at the venue.

Can I sell shoes at the event?

Yes, on the day of the event every attendee is allowed up to 4 pairs of shoes per person to carry around and sell on the day, but it is not possible to set up your own table or to set up on the floor to try and sell your items.

If you would like to sell via a table please purchase a vendors table through the website.

If you bring any items into the venue you are liable and take full responsibility of your possessions. We recommend the use of safe transactions for sales such as Paypal, Cash etc.

Will sellers take card on the day?

Some sellers will be able to provide transactions such as Card or Apple Pay etc.

Not all sellers can provide electronical forms of payment. However we recommend to bring some cash with you to avoid disappointment!

Are animals allowed on the premises?

Guide dogs are allowed for the event, for further information and to arrange access for the day please contact us at KicksnCoffee@hotmail.com.

What equipment should vendors bring to the event?

Vendors should bring appropriate display equipment for their merchandise, such as clothing rails and cloths for tables. Unfortunately, these items will not be provided by Kicksncoffee at the event.
